Terms & Conditions

  • Any consultation is subject to review and acceptance by our medical staff.
  • A consultation fee (e.g. $395) may be required before services are scheduled (as indicated on the site).
  • We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to any person for any reason (e.g. safety, conflict, jurisdiction).

5. SMS / Text Messaging Agreement

When you provide your mobile/cell phone number:
  • You authorize us to send you text messages (SMS), including appointment reminders, service notifications, and optionally marketing (if opted in).
  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • You may opt out of marketing SMS by replying “STOP” (or following the opt-out mechanism) or contacting us.
  • Opting out of SMS marketing does not prevent essential clinical or appointment-related messages.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices.
